1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pk70," "we," "us," or "our" means the entity operating the pk70 platform at pk70.bid and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the pk70 website, mobile-responsive interface, and all gaming, betting, and account management services accessible thereon.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who has registered an account on pk70 or is accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on pk70, containing your personal details, wallet balance, betting history, and preference settings.
• "Wallet Balance" or "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you and available for wagering or withdrawal, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted by pk70 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of qualifying bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — identity and age verification procedures required by pk70 before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Prohibited Activities" means the conduct listed in Section 8 of these Terms, the commission of which constitutes a material breach.
• "Services" means collectively all betting markets, casino games, fishing games, slot games, and any other gaming product available through the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk70 Platform, creating an Account, or using any Service offered by pk70, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk70 Privacy Policy and all game-specific rules and bonus terms published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk70 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

pk70 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where legal or regulatory obligations require advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version became effective. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

Access to pk70 Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the duration of your Account.
• You must be legally permitted to access and participate in online gaming services under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on pk70 or be subject to any active suspension or ban imposed by pk70.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of pk70 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment service partners.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

pk70 makes no representation that the Platform or any Service is legally accessible in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing pk70 complies with the laws of your location. pk70 disclaims all liability for your use of the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

4 Account Registration

To access pk70 Services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pk70. Multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, date of birth, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk70 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pk70 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your Account.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered mobile number and any other contact information current. pk70 communications, including security alerts, OTP codes, and account notifications, are sent to your registered contact details. pk70 is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
• Account Suspension: pk70 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or pk70 — any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk70 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on pk70:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• pk70 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which pk70 accepts no liability.
• pk70 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request exceeding Rs 50,000 or where transaction patterns indicate a need for additional verification.
• Deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful source will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account will be immediately closed.
• Chargeback requests filed against legitimate pk70 transactions will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk70 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds will be removed from your Account upon expiry without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced percentage. The contribution table for each promotion is published in its specific terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available to each eligible player once only. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses on multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum bet limit per spin or per game round applies. The applicable maximum is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• pk70 Discretion: pk70 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time. pk70 may also withhold, reclaim, or forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or other conduct contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on pk70 are subject to the following general rules, as well as product-specific rules published within each game or betting market:

• Finality of Settled Bets: Once a bet or game round has been settled by pk70's system, the result is final. pk70 reserves the right to correct obvious system errors, including where incorrect odds or payouts were displayed due to a technical fault. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error may be reclaimed by pk70.
• Cricket & Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including PSL, international Test cricket, T20, and UFC markets, are governed by the specific rules published within each betting market. pk70 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle markets differently in cases of incomplete events, match abandonment, or confirmed integrity issues.
• Live Casino: Live casino game results are determined by certified live dealers and independently audited gaming systems. Any apparent discrepancy between the game display and official result records will be resolved in accordance with the official server-side records, which are conclusive.
• Slot Games: All slot game results are generated by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game or betting market on pk70 has published minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits may be adjusted at pk70's discretion without prior notice.
• System Errors: In the event of a system malfunction, network failure, or software error that affects game integrity, pk70 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes. pk70 is not liable for any loss of winnings or gameplay disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk70. Commission of any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other individual in circumventing the one-Account-per-player policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with pk70.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other mechanical or electronic aids to place bets or interact with pk70 games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in pk70's platform — whether intentionally or knowingly — to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors are void.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through pk70.
• Using pk70's payment facilities for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer context to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate pk70 transactions without prior written dispute resolution with pk70's support team.
• Accessing pk70 from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited by applicable law, using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk70 customer support staff or other players in any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk70 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: Access to all pk70 Services is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. pk70 employs age verification systems and cooperates with third-party age verification services to enforce this restriction.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account through the Account Settings section. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may activate session duration reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders are configurable in Account Settings.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the Account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from pk70. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. Permanently self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register on pk70.
• Support Resources: pk70 encourages any player experiencing difficulty with gambling to visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and access to support resources appropriate for Pakistani players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk70 Platform — including but not limited to the pk70 name, logo, trade dress, website design, user interface layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, audiovisual content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk70 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk70.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software or game code.
• Use the pk70 name, logo, or any other brand element in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or index any part of the Platform using automated means without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of pk70 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pk70.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk70's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your pk70 Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk70 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including betting tips, odds displays, or statistical data.
• Losses caused by events beyond pk70's reasonable control, including network outages, ISP filtering, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

12 Privacy & Data

pk70 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account and using pk70 Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pk70 collects personal data necessary for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of data collection practices, storage, third-party sharing, and your data rights are set out in the pk70 Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk70 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. Where changes are material, pk70 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or to your registered contact details prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting pk70 support. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to you subject to verification requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk70 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk70, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk70 customer support. pk70 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority under pk70's gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
